Games Research
The iGGi Conference has been operating annually for over 10 years. It's become an established showcase of our iGGi PhD researchers, allowing a birds-eye view into their work, and a chance to bring academic research, innovation and the games industry together.
This year's iGGi Con is special since it's likely to be the last of its kind; a celebration of all things iGGi, past and present:
After two years at York, the iGGi Conference will for its final run return again to London, namely to the Graduate Center of Queen Mary University of London (Mile End Campus).

Opportunities
Talks, workshops, and panels from researchers, academics, and industry members disseminating their expertise. The conference provides a space for industry and academia to come together to discuss the latest and greatest in games research.
BiGGi Con 2026 will also be a celebration of all things iGGi and, as such, feature a range of Alumni Talks.

Why is iGGi Con BIGGER and BETTER this year?
The iGGi Conference 2026 (aka "BiGGi Con 2026") will probably be the last of its kind for the foreseeable future. It will mark the high-poin of iGGi's life span, and it will be a celebration of all things iGGi. This includes in particular our body of iGGi Alumni!
As we are looking upon 12 years of iGGi, its achievements, past and present, and all its individual journeys.

We're likely to hear the odd anecdote or two, and most of all, we look forward to seeing all the people who were involved over the years, all gathered in one spot!
We'd like to invite all of those who were ever involved in iGGi and/or those who wish to celebrate with us to come along to this grand spectacle!
If this is you, do register at your earliest convenience via the link on top of this page.
